RankSpires Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use RankSpires only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for the security of your Google account, devices, session access, and activity carried out through your RankSpires account. You must provide accurate account and purchase information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Product Conversion Audit, Product Truth, and Campaign

Product Conversion Audit is a product-page review workflow. You provide an authorized public product-page URL and, where needed, additional product information. RankSpires may identify visible conversion friction, distinguish detected, merchant-provided, confirmed, uncertain, and not-detected information, produce an evidence-based score or status, explain likely effects, and propose a controlled Current/Proposed page draft.

Product Truth is the grounded product context used by RankSpires. Campaign may use that same context to draft ecommerce marketing and SEO assets. RankSpires does not create product facts merely because a stronger claim would sound more persuasive. Missing or uncertain evidence may limit the audit, score, proposal, or campaign output.

All audits, page proposals, scores, explanations, and campaign assets are review materials. RankSpires does not automatically publish, send, advertise, edit a storefront, or otherwise act on your behalf unless a separate feature and authorization are expressly introduced in writing.

3. Public URL inspection and visual capture

When you submit a URL, RankSpires may request the public page, follow permitted redirects, inspect page metadata and visible content, process a bounded HTML snapshot, and use browser-capture infrastructure to obtain a short-lived screenshot and measured visual anchors. These materials are used to create the requested audit and to show the page context on which the audit is based.

A capture is a point-in-time observation. The page may change before or after the audit, and technical restrictions, consent banners, regional variations, dynamic content, authentication, anti-bot controls, or provider failures may make evidence incomplete or unavailable. RankSpires is not a continuous monitoring service and does not promise that every page element will be captured.

You may submit only URLs and content that you own, control, or are otherwise authorized to have RankSpires inspect for this purpose. Do not submit private, password-protected, internal, or access-controlled pages, and do not use RankSpires to bypass technical restrictions or collect personal information unlawfully. A page being publicly reachable does not by itself establish that every use of its content is authorized.

4. Automated analysis, AI-assisted drafts, and your review

RankSpires uses software rules and may use artificial intelligence to analyze supplied or observed product information, organize evidence, and draft recommendations or marketing content. Automated outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unsuitable for a particular market, or based on an imperfect interpretation of the page.

You are responsible for reviewing the evidence, verifying every factual claim, checking prices, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, testimonials, legal disclosures, and product safety information, and ensuring that anything you publish complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, marketplace, privacy, intellectual property, and industry-specific rules. RankSpires is not legal, accounting, regulatory, medical, or professional advice.

5. Your materials, authorization, and limited processing licence

You retain rights you hold in the URLs, product information, briefs, corrections, confirmations, and other materials you submit. You grant RankSpires a limited, non-exclusive licence to retrieve, host, process, reproduce, transform, and display those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for this processing. Third-party trademarks, images, copy, reviews, personal information, and other protected material remain subject to the rights of their owners. RankSpires does not transfer those third-party rights to you.

6. Outputs and permitted commercial use

Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party rights, you may use RankSpires outputs for your lawful business, editorial, SEO, and marketing purposes. This permission does not give you rights in source material you did not own or authorize, nor does it guarantee that an output is unique, registrable, non-infringing, platform-approved, or legally compliant.

RankSpires, its software, interface, prompts, methods, branding, and service infrastructure remain the property of RankSpires or its licensors. Your access is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable in accordance with these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, bypass access or usage limits, interfere with other users, probe or attack the service, reverse engineer protected parts beyond what applicable law permits, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights, or use RankSpires for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading activity.

You must not use the URL workflow to inspect private systems, local or internal network resources, credentials, personal accounts, or pages containing sensitive personal information unless RankSpires has expressly approved a lawful and secure workflow in writing.

8. Pricing, payments, credits, and activation

RankSpires may offer free access, credits, per-audit products, fixed packs, time-limited access, or other paid products. The exact service, quantity, duration, currency, price, taxes, renewal status, and material limitations presented on the pricing or checkout surface form part of your purchase. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, a payment is one-time and does not automatically renew.

Usage remains subject to product limits, fair-use controls, concurrency limits, provider availability, security controls, and emergency safeguards. Access is normally activated after payment confirmation. For an activation problem, contact support@rankspires.com.

9. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights

Unless a checkout surface provides a more favourable rule, paid products have a seven-day refund-request window beginning when the payment processor confirms the order. Send the request from the email associated with your RankSpires account and include the order details needed to identify the purchase.

Requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, activation or access failures, early requests before substantial use, abuse, or fraud. A refund may be declined after meaningful consumption of credits, audits, generations, or access time. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.

10. Privacy and service providers

RankSpires processes account information, submitted URLs, captured page material, derived Product Truth, audit outputs, campaign drafts, technical logs, and transaction information as described in the Privacy Policy. The service relies on providers for functions such as Google authentication, hosting, database operation, browser capture, AI-assisted processing, payment processing, and operational support. Provider availability and geographic processing locations may change over time.

11. Availability, beta features, and changes

RankSpires may improve, test, limit, pause, or discontinue features. Beta and preview features may be incomplete and may change without the stability expected from a generally available product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent preservation of every capture or output, or successful inspection of every URL.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RankSpires is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee of search rankings, conversion increases, sales, profit, campaign performance, marketplace approval, legal compliance, page availability, capture completeness, or business results.

To the extent permitted by law, RankSpires is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, marketplace penalties, business interruption, or losses caused by publishing or relying on an output without appropriate human review. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused, access limits are being bypassed, a security risk exists, third-party rights or laws are being violated, payment is disputed or fraudulent, or platform integrity is at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

14. Changes to these Terms and versioned acceptance

We may update these Terms when the product, payment model, capture process, data practices, providers, or legal obligations materially change. We will revise the effective date and version shown above. When an update materially changes what the service does or what you authorize, RankSpires may require a new explicit account acceptance before continuing.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada, unless another mandatory legal regime applies. Disputes will be handled before the competent forums of Québec unless applicable law requires otherwise.
